　　Introduction to Lianhua Subdistrict

　　蓮花街道成立于2002年6月，環(huán)蓮花山而建，位于深圳市中軸線上，是全市的行政、文化、金融、信息中心。下轄12個(gè)社區(qū)，面積9.6平方公里，占福田區(qū)面積的12%，常住總?cè)丝诩s20.7萬人，戶籍人口約12.3萬人，下轄12個(gè)社區(qū)、123個(gè)物業(yè)小區(qū)、3個(gè)城中村、12個(gè)社區(qū)居委會(huì)。習(xí)近平總書記曾三次來到蓮花山，親手栽下高山榕。近年來獲評(píng)全國文明單位、全國民主法治示范社區(qū)、廣東省基層先進(jìn)黨組織等榮譽(yù)稱號(hào)。

　　Established in June 2002, Lianhua Subdistrict nestles around Lianhua Hill and on the central axis of Shenzhen. It serves as the city's hub for administration, culture, finance, and information. It governs 12 communities and spans 9.6 square kilometers, accounting for 12% of Futian District's total area. Specifically, there are 12 communities, 123 residential estates, three urban villages, and 12 community committees, with a total permanent resident population of around 207,000 and a total registered population of around 123,000. President Xi Jinping has visited Lianhua Hill three times, during which he planted a lofty fig tree there. In recent years, the subdistrict has been honored with titles such as "National Civilized Unit," "National Model Community for Democracy and the Rule of Law," and "Guangdong Advanced Primary Party Organization."

　　中軸區(qū)位交通便利。轄區(qū)內(nèi)重點(diǎn)場(chǎng)所和重點(diǎn)單位集中，蓮花山、市民中心、深交所等場(chǎng)所，市委政法委、市中級(jí)人民法院等多個(gè)市直部門，廣電集團(tuán)、報(bào)業(yè)集團(tuán)等主要媒體位于轄區(qū)。交通網(wǎng)絡(luò)輻射全市、連接香港、通達(dá)全國，福田高鐵站14分鐘直達(dá)香港西九龍、33分鐘直達(dá)廣州南站，形成“廣深港半小時(shí)通勤圈”。轄區(qū)內(nèi)橫穿5條地鐵線路，設(shè)站10座，站點(diǎn)500米覆蓋率100%。

　　At a central location, the subdistrict enjoys highly convenient transportation. It is home to a host of key venues and institutions such as Lianhua Hill, Civic Center, and Shenzhen Stock Exchange, municipal agencies such as the Political and Legal Affairs Committee of the CPC Shenzhen Municipal Committee and the Shenzhen Intermediate People's Court, as well as major media outlets such as Shenzhen Media Group and Shenzhen Press Group. Its transport network radiates across Shenzhen, connects to Hong Kong, and reaches all other parts of China. Futian Railway Station offers direct service to Hong Kong West Kowloon Station in 14 minutes and to Guangzhou South Railway Station in 33 minutes, forming a "Guangzhou-Shenzhen-Hong Kong Half-Hour Commuting Circle." Five metro lines run across the subdistrict with 10 stations, achieving 100% coverage within a 500-meter radius of each station.

　　高質(zhì)量發(fā)展特色鮮明。有商務(wù)樓宇41棟（其中納稅億元樓宇25棟）。轄區(qū)企業(yè)31018家，有中廣核、天健集團(tuán)、國銀金租3家中國500強(qiáng)企業(yè)，國家高新技術(shù)企業(yè)116家，專精特新企業(yè)52家，已上市企業(yè)13家。納統(tǒng)金融企業(yè)39家，“四上”企業(yè)610家。匯聚中廣核、中國移動(dòng)、招商銀行深圳分行等53家總部企業(yè)，其中，市級(jí)總部企業(yè)21家。

　　The subdistrict features distinctive strengths in high-quality development. It is home to 41 commercial buildings, 25 of which generate annual tax revenue of over RMB 100 million. It hosts 31,018 enterprises in total, including three Fortune China 500 companies (i.e., China General Nuclear Power Corporation (CGN), Shenzhen Tagen Group Co., Ltd., and China Development Bank Financial Leasing Co., Ltd.), 116 national high-tech enterprises, 52 SRDI enterprises, and 13 listed companies. A total of 39 financial enterprises are included in official statistics, and 610 enterprises are classified into "Four Types of Enterprises Above Designated Size." There are also 53 headquarters companies, including CGN, China Mobile, and China Merchants Bank Shenzhen Branch, of which 21 are municipal-level headquarters enterprises.

　　現(xiàn)代產(chǎn)業(yè)基礎(chǔ)堅(jiān)實(shí)。深圳證券交易所等金融機(jī)構(gòu)齊駐蓮花，集聚博時(shí)基金、南方基金、華泰證券、招商銀行深圳分行等65家持牌金融機(jī)構(gòu)，占全區(qū)總數(shù)20%以上，覆蓋基金、證券、保險(xiǎn)、銀行等主要金融業(yè)態(tài)。會(huì)計(jì)審計(jì)、法律服務(wù)、人力資源等專業(yè)服務(wù)業(yè)高度發(fā)達(dá)，轄區(qū)92家律所約占全區(qū)總數(shù)六分之一，與25家會(huì)計(jì)審計(jì)事務(wù)所，眾多從事投資與資產(chǎn)管理、戰(zhàn)略咨詢等商務(wù)服務(wù)業(yè)的企業(yè)，形成優(yōu)質(zhì)服務(wù)業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)集群，數(shù)量、質(zhì)量位居全區(qū)第一，是深圳乃至粵港澳大灣區(qū)高端服務(wù)業(yè)發(fā)展的核心引擎。

　　The subdistrict is endowed with a solid modern industrial foundation. It is home to a galaxy of financial institutions, including the Shenzhen Stock Exchange. There are 65 licensed financial institutions, including Bosera Funds, Southern Asset Management, Huatai Securities, and China Merchants Bank Shenzhen Branch, accounting for over 20% of the district's total. These financial institutions cover major financial business formats, such as funds, securities, insurance, and banking. The subdistrict also features highly-developed professional services in fields of accounting, auditing, legal services, human resources, etc. There are 92 law firms (accounting for about one-sixth of the district's total), 25 accounting and audit firms, and a large number of enterprises specializing in investment and asset management, strategic consulting, and other commercial services. Together, they form a high-end service industry cluster that leads the district in both scale and quality. Hence, Lianhua Subdistrict functions as a core engine powering the development of high-end service industries in Shenzhen and the broader Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area.

　　公共服務(wù)資源豐富。轄區(qū)聚集市圖書館、博物館、音樂廳、關(guān)山月美術(shù)館等重大文化地標(biāo)，擁有蓮花山草地音樂節(jié)、簕杜鵑花展等文化品牌矩陣。有中小學(xué)20所、幼兒園23所，包括高端民辦幼兒園、品牌集團(tuán)公辦學(xué)校、專業(yè)院校，覆蓋所有學(xué)齡需求。三甲醫(yī)院3家、民營醫(yī)院2家、社區(qū)醫(yī)院1家、社康中心11家，與廣中醫(yī)簽訂“HCF”健康共建協(xié)議，形成“六個(gè)一”健康服務(wù)模式。

　　The subdistrict is blessed with abundant public service resources. It houses iconic cultural venues like the Shenzhen Library, Shenzhen Museum, Shenzhen Concert Hall, and Guan Shanyue Art Museum, and hosts signature cultural events such as the Lianhuashan Glades Music Festival and the Shenzhen Rhododendron Show. There are 20 primary and middle schools and 23 kindergartens, including high-end private kindergartens, branded public school groups, and specialized institutions, catering to the education needs of all school-age groups. Furthermore, there are three grade-A tertiary hospitals, two private hospitals, one community hospital, and eleven community health service centers. Lianhua Subdistrict has signed a hospital-community-family (HCF) health cooperation agreement with Guangzhou University of Chinese Medicine, developing a distinctive "Six-in-One" health service model.

　　街區(qū)環(huán)境宜居宜業(yè)。共有市屬公園1座、區(qū)屬公園1座、社區(qū)公園25座，共同構(gòu)成全市首個(gè)主題公園群。蓮花山等標(biāo)志性場(chǎng)所每年吸引眾多國內(nèi)外游客，形成蓮花春早、市民中心、特區(qū)孺牛等“蓮花多景”。以新洲河紅樹碧道串聯(lián)周邊社區(qū)公園、8座樓宇商圈和16個(gè)市場(chǎng)，通過“漫行翠葉、煙火蓮花、悠享文化和品味生活”打造“T”型咖啡人文消費(fèi)帶，激活假日消費(fèi)，點(diǎn)亮夜間經(jīng)濟(jì)。

　　The subdistrict boasts a livable and business-friendly environment. There is one municipal park, one district-level park, and 25 community parks, forming the city's first themed park cluster. Local iconic sites, including Lianhua Hill, draw numerous tourists from home and abroad every year. The subdistrict is home to a collection of attractions, such as the Lianhua Hill Park, the Civic Center, and the Willing Ox. The Mangrove Ecological Belt along Xinzhou River connects nearby community parks, eight commercial complexes, and sixteen markets. Under the themes of "Strolling amid Green Woods, Exploring Vibrant Lianhua, Embracing Distinctive Culture, and Savoring Quality Life," a T-shaped cultural and coffee consumption belt has been built to boost holiday spending and energize the nighttime economy.
